Sheffield BID Appoint Administration Manager

Paul-Grogan

Sheffield BID has appointed a new Administration Manager, Paul Grogan, to support the BID Manager Diane Jarvis.

Diane Jarvis, BID Manager comments: “Paul has a wealth of experience he can bring to a role that requires a broad range of skills. I am confident he will be able to manage the essential administration processes and will work effectively alongside myself to support our levy payers and to answer any queries. It is important that we are able to provide an open line of communication as we implement our Year One action plan.”

Paul Grogan has over 25 years of experience working for Sheffield City Council’s Corporate Finance Department, both directly for the Council and also in the outsourced sector. During this time he spent a number of years as the Business Rates Manager and went on to manage two large outsourced Council contracts. He has also taught English as a Foreign Language in Germany and England, and has undertaken consultancy work in training and debt management. His voluntary work includes being chair of the children’s charity ‘The Spirit Of Sheffield Children’s Trust’ for the past 15 years.

Paul says; “I am really looking forward to this new challenge. I was born and educated in Sheffield and care deeply about the city. I am excited to be given a role where I can help and support the city centre to realise a greater potential. It is great to be in at the beginning of this exciting period in the city’s history, and it will be stimulating to work with the different business sectors.”
