The Teenage Market is coming to Sheffield!
A simple idea of setting up local markets for teenage traders has become a huge hit with young entrepreneurs across the UK. And now the Federation of Small Business (FSB) has joined forces with Sheffield College and the City Council to bring the Teenage Market to Sheffield.
The Teenage Market is a fantastic opportunity to support youngsters with entrepreneurial or creative talent and its presence here in Sheffield is endorsed by Sheffield BID. Retail guru Mary Portas has described The Teenage Market concept, which first began in Stockport, as unique, innovative, inspiring and game changing.
Young traders and performers (minimum age 12) are invited to take part in Sheffield’s Teenage Market at the Peace Gardens on Saturday, 11th June. Participation is FREE.
The closing date for applications is 4th June.
