If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you may send a proxy representative to vote on your behalf. OR you may direct the chairperson of the meeting to vote on your behalf. Proxy forms are provided below.

If you wish to attend the meeting in person
Please RSVP to board@sheffieldbid.com if you will attend the meeting in person.
Those wishing to vote in person at the general meeting will need to bring proof of identity of the business on behalf of which they are casting their votes as follows: authority on company headed paper, business card, or a current bill for that business (utility, levy bill or business rates bill).
Those attending the meeting as a proxy should complete and return the proxy representative form above.
