The third term Business Plan outlines our vision for the next five years – focused on making the city centre a better place to trade, invest, and grow.
The successful ballot in October 2025 has unlocked £6 million of collective investment, funding services and initiatives that go beyond those provided by the Council and other statutory bodies.
The BID levy – reinvested locally – applies to qualifying premises with a rateable value of £40,000+ (in the 2023 ratings list).
