What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days.

A full investigation will be carried out by a senior member of staff.

We aim to respond with a resolution within 10 working days.

Further action

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Chair of Sheffield BID.
