Sheffield BID can access a range of rooms available for free to levy payers offering space for meetings, interviews or conferences. Please enquire via our general enquiries email.

Pop up promotion space

Levy payers are welcome to make use of our visitor hub next to the Winter Garden on Surrey Street for pop-up promotions and seasonal takeovers. Please enquire via our general enquiries email.

Daily operational support

We have a dedicated operations manager on hand to provide advice and support around environmental issues impacting your business. Please get in touch via operations@sheffieldbid.com.

Clean Team

Levy payers can call on our Clean Team for:

Cleaning of rough sleeper detritus, sharps and other hazardous waste affecting commercial premises.
Graffiti removal (exterior, street level).*
Periodic jet washing around the curtilage of their premises.
Chewing gum and fly poster removal.
