• Mobility support for customers who may benefit from Shopmobility equipment
• Assistance for visiting clients, delegates or guests who require additional support navigating the city centre
• Supports inclusive access to shops, offices, venues, events and services
• Delivered by a trained, customer‑focused team based in the city centre
• Helps businesses provide a positive, accessible experience for a wide range of users
