Sheffield BID works with city centre employers to support workforce engagement and loyalty, helping employees feel connected to the city centre as a place to work, spend time and build relationships.

  • Support to develop employer‑led engagement or loyalty programmes for city centre workforces
  • Connecting office‑based employees with retail, food, drink, leisure and cultural businesses
  • Opportunities to create shared offers, experiences or incentives in collaboration with other city centre organisations
  • Flexible approaches that reflect different workforce sizes, sectors and hybrid working patterns
  • Supporting staff wellbeing, retention and local spend while strengthening the city‑centre economy
