Sheffield BID provides training for levy‑paying businesses, designed to support staff welfare, reduce risk and build confidence across the city centre.
Available training includes:
- Counter Terrorism Awareness: supporting teams to recognise potential threats, respond appropriately and understand protective security principles.
- Violence in the Workplace: Helping businesses understand risk, prevention and appropriate responses to challenging or threatening situations.
- Personal Safety and Conflict Management: Practical skills for de‑escalation, communication and managing difficult interactions with confidence.
