Visitor experience survey

This user survey is designed to focus on areas of service provided to local businesses by the city centre business improvement district (Sheffield BID).

This is an annual survey of Sheffield residents and those living in nearby areas. It is carried out to provide a range of management information including patterns of visits to the city centre, perceptions of the city centre environment, evaluation of services provided and perceptions of safety.

This year's survey will also help us understand to what extent behaviours have changed following the COVID-19 outbreak.

The survey is completely anonymous and no answers can be directly attributed to individual respondents.

The results of the survey may be presented in the media and other communications.

We would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to answer the following questions. None of the questions are compulsory so please skip any sections that are not relevant to you. At the end of the survey you will be prompted as to whether you'd like to enter our free prize where up to five respondents will be drawn at random to receive a £200 Sheffield city centre gift card.

Your insight and feedback is very valuable to our work so thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey.
